We need regular Mystery Shoppers in the following locations:
Mexico (Monterrey)
Canada (Winnipeg, Quebec, Calgary, Edmonton)
US (Houston, Midland, Peoria, Cedar Rapids, Colorado Springs, Boise)
This is not a full time role and can be completed at weekends/evenings. The main duties include monitoring specified retails outlets for new product activity and purchasing and reporting these launches to us.
General duties:
- Visit major retail outlets weekly to monitor new product launches
- Translate all core on-pack data into our shopper website
- Establish a rapport with store managers where possible
- Photograph the product when required (optional if you have a camera but it is a plus)
- Pack and ship products to our London office
- Communicate monthly with your shopper manager
- Relay trends, news and information on local country
A research or retail background is ideal but not essential.
Basic requirements include:
- Home PC and basic computer knowledge
- Internet access at home (ideally broadband, but dial-up is ok)
- Car or access to a car, although in some cases access to public transport will suffice
- Good knowledge of English, plus fluency in the local language
