The Final Stage

Third Interview

Candidates for Sales and Senior Management positions all complete a third interview stage, designed to confirm the competency and skills already identified during the first and second stages, and to ensure that the candidate understands the culture of Mintel.

Whenever appropriate, candidates will have an informal meeting with a member of the Executive team in order to learn about Mintel’s vision for growth directly from one of our company’s senior leaders.

At this final stage it may also be appropriate to discuss what an offer may look like with the corporate recruiter.

Decision

An objective assessment of candidates will be made by the hiring team based on information gathered from all the stages of the interview process. A positive decision will result in a telephone call to make a formal offer which, if verbally accepted, will result in a formal offer being sent to the candidate.

If a negative decision is made, then the candidate can expect a telephone call to explain our decision.

All employment is conditional upon receiving satisfactory professional references and background verifications prior to the candidate’s start date.
