KVD Beauty ModCon Liquid-Gel Blush

The KVD Beauty ModCon Liquid-Gel Blush is a vegan liquid-gel blush suited for a modern, dewy skin glow. The ModCon – short for ‘modern consistency’ – gives users complete control during application. The Vegan gel system results in a liquid-gel hybrid consistency that melts into skin for a dewy, hydrated, and streak-free glow, almost like a second skin.

In The Future of Color Cosmetics 2021 report, Mintel suggests how brands can offer minimalist hybrid products that tap into a need to partake in reassuring and uplifting pre-COVID-19 routines, while adapting to the current shift in lifestyles and mindsets towards care, wellbeing and eco-consciousness.

Drunk Elephant O-Bloos Rosi Drops

The Drunk Elephant O-Bloos Rosi Drops is a concentrated liquid blush that places a strong emphasis on skincare benefits. The product features sappanwood bark, a vegan pigment that provides warm pink tones and is said to be flattering on most skin tones. Powerful antioxidants such as white tea, grapeseed and cocoa extract are also included in the formulation to give skin a boost of free radical-fighting protection. Matrixyl 3000 Peptide Blend: Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 and Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while promoting skin elasticity.

Mintel’s Future of Color Cosmetics 2021 explores the rise in hybrid makeup products, stating that “consumers who are already invested in skincare will particularly welcome hybrid innovation from makeup brands.
