After two years of record growth, Mintel is set to significantly invest in expanding our global intelligence coverage and expertise.

We’re increasing our consumer research to include 35 countries, and Mintel Global New Products Database (GNPD) coverage will be extended to 86 countries. We’re also recruiting additional specialists to enhance our expertise in areas including nutrition and ingredients. And we’ll shortly be making an announcement about a game-changing development in our global patent analysis.

In order to future-proof what we do, this year we’re investing further in data science, artificial intelligence and other deep-learning technologies. Our aim is to harness technology to be more predictive and help our clients find the answers they need to make better decisions faster.

In the coming days and weeks, expect to see more details of what’s going to be a really exciting year!
