Let’s face it. 2020 has brought on more stress than any year in recent memory. Anxiety from the pandemic has altered everyday routines, election uncertainty has put people on edge and a global recession has made consumers think twice about how they are spending their money.

However, brands are listening to what is ailing consumers. Mental health and wellness have become a mainstream topic and brands are offering products that help consumers cope.
