In this 40-minute panel discussion our specialists in the retail, technology, financial services and travel & leisure industries will highlight the key changes in consumer attitudes and behaviours, and share their views on how the post-pandemic world will look.

Our panelists:
Deborah Osguthorpe – Category Director for UK Financial Services. Deborah has 20 years of experience in financial services and manages the UK Financial Services research team. She has researched and has written extensively on a wide range of consumer finance markets.
Paul Davies – Category Director – (UK Reports) – Leisure, Travel, Foodservice and B2B – Paul heads up Mintel’s Leisure, Travel, Foodservice and B2B research teams. He has conducted a wide range of research surrounding these experience-focused sectors and their recovery from the pandemic.
Nick Carroll – Associate Director of Retail Research – Nick has seven years’ of retail research experience with Mintel, focusing on grocery and online retailing, as well as analysing trends and innovations across the wider retail sector.
Rebecca McGrath – Senior Media Analyst -Rebecca writes Mintel’s media reports, analysing consumer trends and using these to provide market insight. Her specialist areas include news consumption habits, social media and TV viewing habits.
