The McGill University Food Science Club and IFT Student Association is hosting the Regional College Bowl Meeting at McGill University on Marth 24th. Mintel’s own Stephanie Mattucci, Global Food Science Analyst for Mintel Food & Drink, will be presenting on Mintel’s 2018 Food and Drink Trends. After her presentation at 4:00PM, Stephanie will also be participating in the North Atlantic Area Meeting Industry Panel at 5PM with other industry experts.
