Client Success is vital to our long-term profitability. Retention is paramount to our success. We will not be successful unless our clients perceive the value from our services and continue to purchase on a recurring basis. 

With over 1,500 clients and subscription revenue of over $80M throughout the Americas today, it is more vital than ever for our Client Success team to be passionate and proactive about ensuring our clients continue to get value from our data. While Account Managers and Business Development Managers focus on growth, the Client Success team are business partners that ensure client retention.

As such, we need a motivated bilingual (Spanish + English) Client Success Associate to partner with our Commercial team to support clients across the Consumer Packaged Goods industry in Latin America. The Client Success Associate will provide client support and training to many of Mintel’s most prestigious clients within the Beauty, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Retail industries. This position is responsible for fielding data and insights requests from clients, as well as assisting our Commercial colleagues with various client-related administrative tasks.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Responding to Client Requests: Providing timely and thorough responses to ad-hoc client questions and research requests using the appropriate Mintel data and insights
  • Collaborating: Working closely with a Jr. Account Manager to service a book of clients and providing support to other Client Success Managers as needed
  • Client Training & Monthly Meetings: Training clients on how to find data and insights via Mintel platforms using Zoom
  • Representing Mintel: Operating as a competent and knowledgeable expert in Mintel's methodologies and processes across a broad range of verticals; providing timely and thorough responses to ad-hoc client questions

  • Great communicator in Spanish and English: You have extremely polished verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, and can adapt your communication style to suit each client and internal business partner.
