This presentation looks at new product activity in refrigerated and frozen foods, and couples that with consumer attitudes and behaviors using unique Mintel data capturing consumer purchase intent. We look at the categories that are growing (and declining) in terms of product introductions, identify key innovative products that link to important consumer trends, look at individual product claims, and dive into what consumers think about specific types of new products. You’ll leave the presentation armed with a better understanding of what consumers want from refrigerated and frozen foods, and how the industry is answering those needs.
