Emma joined Mintel’s Food Science team in 2016, following ten years of food industry experience as a Food Technologist for a major retailer, and as a NPD Manager for a leading food manufacturer. As an Associate Director of Global Food Science, Emma prepares analysis of trends in ingredients, nutrition health and wellness, and labelling and regulatory developments that may impact NPD.
