About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead the strategic development of our global CRM system. You will be the owner for the strategy, development and  management of the CRM system to support the on-going needs of the organisation across the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • CRM system reimplementation:
    • Lead the planning and execution of a comprehensive CRM reimplementation project.
    • Develop a clear vision for the new platform and its capabilities.
    • Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements and align on goals.
    • Manage the development and testing process across all regions.
    • Ensure a smooth transition to the new platform and provide ongoing support to users.
  • CRM Product Management:
    • Understand user needs and how to translate them into our business strategy using CRM.
    • Build and own the development roadmap for CRM within Mintel, driving continuous improvement through use of the system. 
    • Lead the CRM operations team, creating a professional development environment in line with agile working practices.
    • Build and maintain the supplier relationship to support Mintel in being at the forefront of future product releases.
  • Team management and leadership:
    • Lead the change management in the reimplementation of the CRM system
    • Manage CRM technical and administration team of 2 direct reports
    • Identify the support and maintenance requirements of the global CRM
  • Process Optimisation:
    • Analyse current sales and marketing processes to identify areas for improvement.
    • Design and implement new workflows and processes to streamline operations.
    • Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
    • Track and measure the impact of process improvements.
  • Data & Reporting:
    • Develop and implement dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.
    • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
    • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in global CRM management, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
