Marketing Executive (One Year Contract)

As a Marketing Executive focusing on operational activities, events, and webinars, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on organizing successful events/tradeshows and webinars that align with the company's strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and contribute to enhancing the company's brand presence.

What you will be doing:

  • Event Planning and Execution:
       - Coordinate all aspects of event/tradeshow planning, including location selection, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
       - Develop and maintain event timelines and post-event evaluations to measure success.
  • Webinar Management:
       - Plan, organize, and execute engaging webinars to reach target audiences and drive lead generation.
       - Work closely with content creators and subject matter experts to develop compelling webinar content.
  • Operational Support:
       - Provide operational support for marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and external partners.
       - Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials required for events and related activities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
       - Monitor and analyze event and webinar performance metrics, providing insights to enhance future strategies.
       - Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Social Media Coordination: Collaborate with the social media team to promote events and webinars across various platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
  •  Attendee Engagement and Follow-up:
    •    Implement strategies to maximize attendee engagement during events and webinars, such as interactive sessions, Q&A segments, and polls.
    •    Coordinate post-event follow-up activities, including thank-you emails, surveys, and nurture campaigns to convert leads generated from events.

What we are looking for from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
