Edward Bergen, Global Food & Drink Analyst, will look at how plant-based innovation will react to Mintel’s 2021 Food & Drink Trends: ‘Feed the Mind’, ‘Quality Redefined’ and ‘United by Food’. After his presentation, Edward will take part in a panel discussion that will debate where plant-based protein is heading and where future opportunities lie for manufacturers. For the purpose of the panel, Edward will be joined by Zak Weston at Good Food Institue and Michael Hunter at Meatless Farm.
