After many months of meticulous planning, intensive design and hard work we are delighted to unveil Mintel House, our latest London office!
Our Pilgrim Street Office was praised for its innovation and, this time, we think we’ve gone one step further. Working alongside Pilgrim Street, Mintel House is complete with pool tables, games machines and a sushi rail of innovative products – challenging the status quo of the corporate workspace and bringing something completely new to the office environment.
Designed by Grand Designs award winner Suzanne Brewer, the space is novel and memorable, combining a fun, unusual design with high-quality office materials to deliver a relaxed but equally professional workspace.
Full sized portraits of famous innovators and Mintel founders by Ben Slow are painted directly onto the office walls around the building, which inspire the names of each of the meeting rooms. Additional artwork and typography by RareKind can be seen around the building. This addition to the interior design adds a sense of creativity to our new working environment.
In true Mintel fashion we could not open our office without putting on a party, and taking inspiration from our 2016 European Consumer Trends we hosted a selection of the UK’s brightest inventors and smartest innovations for staff to test out.
Transporting staff to live concerts, cities around the world and even taking control of their hand movements via an app – virtual and augmented reality made a big impact in the office and is set to make an even bigger impact in retail in 2016.
