PRIZE DRAW – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
The prize draw is open to Mintel users aged 18 years or over who participate in our 2026 client survey. The prize draw is not open to Employees or Staff of Mintel Group Ltd (“Mintel”), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw.
1. How to Enter: The online Prize Draw is free to enter upon submission of the 2026 client survey. Fill in your answers online to the 2026 Mintel client survey and upon submitting your answers you will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw. Completion of the client survey is not required for submissions made by United States residents. United States residents may enter the drawing at globalclientsurvey@mintel.com at no charge, and with the same chance of winning. You are limited to one (1) entry, regardless of your method of entry. Submissions to the Prize Draw can be sent until 12am (GMT) on 14 March 2026.
2. The opening date for entries is 12pm (GMT) on 21 January 2026. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 12am (GMT) on 14 March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted for the Prize Draw. Limit one entry per person.
3. Mintel accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
4. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 10 March 2026 (“Draw Date”).
5. The winner will be notified by email before 30 April 2026 and they must provide a postal address to claim their prize. After notification, the Winner must confirm a recognized property address for delivery. Confirmation of address may be provided via email at globalclientsurvey@mintel.com or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Mintel Group Ltd., attn: Client Survey, 4 Playhouse Yard, London EC4V 5EX. The self-addressed stamped envelope or email confirmation must be received by Mintel within 10 days following notification. The prize will be sent to the winner by post (including courier delivery) within 14 days of Mintel receiving the postal address confirmation.
6. If a winner does not respond within the timeframes and manner set out above, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Mintel will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
7. Prize: A total of 13 winners will each win one prize. Three winners will win one prize of a new Apple iPad, 11-inch, Wi-Fi, 128GB (value £329 GBP) each and ten winners will win one prize of £100 GBP Amazon gift vouchers/gift card (or local equivalent). No cash substitution, transfer or assignment of prize allowed except by Mintel Group Ltd, for reason of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
8. The decision of Mintel regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Mintel reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
9. Mintel must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Mintel may send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails or writes to Mintel (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Draw Date. If you object to any, or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Mintel’s Data Protection Officer via email data.controller@mintel.com or by the postal address below. In such circumstances, Mintel must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
10. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. Mintel reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Mintel’s http://www.mintel.com/privacy and any associated Consent Pages. See also Condition 9 with regard to the announcement of winners.
12. Insofar as is permitted by law, Mintel Group Ltd, its subsidiaries, agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Mintel. All federal, state, custom, import and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
13. Mintel accepts no responsibility for a prize damaged or lost in transit or after delivery. A reputable courier will of course be used by Mintel to deliver all prizes, however in the unlikely circumstance of transit damage or loss, any replacement or repair shall be entirely at Mintel’s sole discretion.
14. Ownership of the Prize will transfer to you once it has been delivered to the postal or email address you have provided. From that moment onward, you will assume full responsibility for the Prize, including its care, use, maintenance (whether mechanical, electrical, digital, or otherwise), storage, and any subsequent disposal.
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, Mintel will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence.
16. This promotion is void where restricted or prohibited by law. By entering, entrants confirm that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction and acknowledge that Mintel may restrict eligibility where required by local regulations.

18. The Prize Draw, the Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. All entrants to the Prize Draw irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
