A note from Mintel’s global CEO: COVID-19 service update

With the fast-changing global situation resulting from the spread of COVID-19, I hope that you, your families and colleagues are keeping well.

I want to take this opportunity to reassure you that you can continue to rely on all Mintel products and services through these challenging times.

Mintel’s global teams will continue to deliver the consumer, market, new product, and competitive data and expertise that our clients rely on, as well as our best-in-class client service. We have robust business continuity plans in place that enable us to adapt and respond to changing market environments.

Easy access to your Mintel account

Clients will continue to have access to all their usual Mintel points of contact. In fact, we’ve made it easier to access our products from remote/home locations by enabling our “Out of Office” security controls. However, should clients run into any issues accessing their account, please email helpdesk@mintel.com.

New COVID-19 analysis already available

As experts in what consumers want and why we are working hard to be your trusted source of truth and guidance when it comes to COVID-19’s impact on global consumer behaviour.

To that end, hopefully, our clients have already seen the initial insights and tactical recommendations coming from our local and global category experts. We will be covering everything from the current shifts in consumer sentiment and buying behaviour, to the future impact on markets worldwide and whether or not industries can expect to recover relatively quickly or experience long-term effects. Mintel clients can expect to hear more from their Account Managers regarding this research as it becomes available in the coming days/weeks.
