Back to the Future: How Technology Can Amplify Nature in the Pursuit of Clean Label

This session will explore the ways that science and nature can work hand in hand to promote sustainable ingredients. Highlighting naturally derived, lab-modified ingredients while championing environmental protection will resonate in markets driven by naturality – even food and drink. Additionally, the presentation will address transparency without compromising brand image. Education should be all-encompassing and approached through experiential learning. The session will help guide brands in answering consumers’ questions about ingredients and clean concepts and give them insight into the processes behind scent and ingredient creation.
