Protein trends today span all categories and all types of protein sources, animal and plant. We’ll take a look at why protein is top of mind for consumers in the US today, the types of proteins that are trending, what companies are introducing, and what consumers think about those products. Although the focus will be mainly on animal protein, we’ll look at key developments in plant-based and the rise of animal-plant protein blends.
