[WATCH] A visit to the UK’s ‘first meat-free butcher’

As Sainbury’s opened a pop-up – dubbed the ‘UK’s ‘first meat-free butcher’ – during World Meat-Free Week, our Global Food Service Analyst Edward Bergen popped down to Bethnal Green in London’s East End to sample some of its fare and explain how this fits with the rising popularity of ‘flexitarianism’ and plant-based diets in the UK.
