Mintel appoints Emmanuelle Moeglin as Global Fragrance Analyst

Mintel Group Ltd, the leading global supplier of consumer, product and media intelligence, is delighted to announce the appointment of Emmanuelle Moeglin as Global Fragrance Analyst.

In her new role, Emmanuelle will be based in Mintel’s UK head office and will join Mintel’s Beauty and Personal Care Division, playing a key role in the development of Mintel’s leading coverage of the global fragrance market with insightful analysis on specific industry issues and broader macro trends, which will impact brand development, innovation and consumer behaviour.

Vivienne Rudd, Director of Insight, Beauty and Personal Care at Mintel, said:

“We’re delighted that Emmanuelle has joined the BPC team. Her depth of knowledge about the creative, technical and commercial aspects of the fragrance industry will take our analysis of the beauty industry to an even higher level.”

A highly successful fragrance creation and development manager, Emmanuelle joins Mintel after having worked for some of the major international producers of fragrances, such as Symrise in New York, Takasago and L’Oreal in Paris, and Puig in Barcelona.

Emmanuelle’s vast experience is combined with highly specialised expertise in fragrance evaluation and fragrance development for various regions, with a particular focus on the French, Spanish, US and Brazilian markets. Moreover, Emmanuelle has acquired extensive knowledge of perfume trends, as well as consumer needs and market insights.

Emmanuelle also holds a Master’s in Science and Perfume at ISIPCA, The International Institute of Perfume, Cosmetics and The Food Flavoring in Paris, and a BSc in Chemistry from The University of Cardiff and Nantes.
