Mintel identifies new packaged good trends in presentations, tastings at IFT 09

Lynn Dornblaser to speak on sweeteners, clean labels, functional foods
Chicago (June 3, 2009)—Mintel, a global leader in market, consumer and product research, will serve up the latest food and drink trends at the 2009 IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo in Anaheim, CA from June 6-9. Each day of the expo, Mintel will feature multiple trend presentations, exciting food tastings and a booth where attendees can learn more about the company’s market research solutions.
At the Global New Products Pavilion, attendees can learn what’s new in packaged food, drinks and foodservice. Mintel’s renowned new product expert, Lynn Dornblaser, will give fast-paced presentations daily on three of the most exciting trends in food and drink:
