Hwa Jun Lee brings 15 years of experience in research and development within the beauty and personal care industry, along with 8 years at Mintel. He combines deep expertise in beauty ingredients, formulations, products, and South Korean beauty trends with strong market intelligence capabilities. At Mintel, he researches, analyses, and delivers insights on key market developments and trends across skincare, colour cosmetics, haircare, body care, and baby care. Prior to Mintel, he worked as a formulation scientist at Amorepacific R&D Center and Kimberly-Clark Global Innovation Center.
