Mintel’s Global Food and Drink Analyst, Katya Witham, will present on the 7th of October at 15.30 on the topic Organics in Europe: Meeting the challenges of a new generation. 

Although the majority of European consumers buy organic food and drink, Mintel research shows that Millennials and Gen Zs are more likely to favour these products and are willing to pay more for them. With environmental and ethical credentials fast becoming an integrated part of Millennials’ expectations, there are opportunities for organic brands to target younger consumers with more exciting, premium products that showcase their positive credentials on both health and ethical issues.
