Alice Pilkington
Mintel Food & Drink Principal Analyst
This presentation will identify the key consumer trends which will influence behaviours and attitudes towards food and drink in 2026 and beyond. Utilising Mintel’s wealth of consumer and innovation data—now further enhanced by our novel AI capabilities—we will deliver a pacey and inspiring overview of the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for food and drink brands.
Alex Beckett
Mintel Food & Drink Senior Director
Born between 2010-25, Gen Alpha kids are inquisitive, informed and adventurous yet also face many challenges. It is in their own interest, and the world’s, to ensure they can adapt and find happiness, and the outcome will be affected by what they eat and drink. Their relationship with food is still young, but it’s vital we understand it. And this presentation aims to help with that.
