The Clean Label Conference 2023

Mintel’s Director of Food & Drink and Drink/Purchase Intelligence, Stephanie Mattucci will be speaking at The Clean Label Conference on Tuesday, May 23 at 8:15 am CST.

The 9th annual in-person 2023 Clean Label Conference will be held at the Westin NW Hotel, Itasca, Illinois. Presentations will be relevant to ingredients, formulations, consumer trends, nutrition, and regulatory updates, among others.

In this presentation, Stephanie will look at clean-label products and how they must adapt to address new concerns, especially in the wake of the concurrent repercussions of climate change and the COVID-19 pandemic. The next generation of successful clean-label products will be those that understand the convergence of health and sustainability trends. “Better-for-us” will be the new “better-for-you” as people consider the effects of what they eat on themselves and the world around them.
