Emma Schofield
Associate Director, Global Food Science
Emma joined Mintel in 2016, after spending ten years in the food industry in food tech and NPD roles, across both the retail and end product manufacturing sectors. Emma prepares insight on food ingredients and additives, health and wellness, emerging science trends, and labelling or regulatory developments that may impact NPD. Emma has a MSc Food Science from the University of Reading.
