Join us at the Climate Smart Food Digital Summit, from the 24-26 September. An event that brings together industry experts and thought leaders to address the inefficiencies in the food value chain and reduce the carbon impact of food production and consumption.

Our expert in the food and drink, Alice Pilkington, will be sharing her insights into the possibilities of blending real meat or dairy with plant ingredients to achieve a lower carbon footprint and improved nutritional profiles. Explore the insights into the future of sustainable food innovations and the challenges facing hybrid products in the market today, through her expertise and research findings to provoke new thinking and spark discussions.
