Stephanie Capuano, Founder and CEO of 31st State
Stephanie is the Founder and CEO of 31st State, an original new range of clean, cruelty-free and vegan grooming products developed specifically for teenage boys. After a career in pharmaceutical, business developing and marketing, she created this brand devoted to young boys and that is inspired by the idea of simple effortless California clean.
Maria Doran, Founder of The Skinny Sauce
Maria was a finalist on Lord Sugar’s Young Apprentice (2012) at the age of 17. After this experience she went on to study law at Queens University Belfast. During and after her time at university Maria worked in startups in both the technology and FMCG fields. Currently Maria is running her own startup ‘The Skinny Sauce Company’, the first line of sugar free table sauces that contain no artificial sweeteners.
As Senior Manager of Creative Insights at Getty Images, Jacqueline identifies emerging visual and social trends that better connect customers to brands. Using Getty Images’ unique access to customer buying patterns and invaluable client feedback from around the globe, she researches how brands evolve their use of imagery to fully engage audiences – informing the creative direction for Getty Images’ contributors and customers.
Jay Brave, creative entrepreneur
Jay Brave is a creative entrepreneur, broadcaster and activist. His expertise is in business policy and planning, veganism and critical race theory. He has created content for the BBC, The Guardian and his own media channels. Recently, Jay has spoken about the rise of veganism amongst Millennials and is one of the Observer Food Annual’s people of 2018.
Jamie Anley, Beautiful Corporations
Artist, designer, TV presenter and 26 years of creating new ways for brands to make meaning. Working across design and communication Jamie now works with business and brand leaders to answer questions such as: what is the future we want to be part of, and, what is the role we must take in shaping that future? Described as one of the most creative and progressive thinkers in branding, he is devoted to unleashing the positive impact of business on society and the planet.
