The pandemic has not made the clean label trend disappear, rather many consumers appear more concerned than ever before on what is in the food they buy, where it has come from, and what its benefits are. This webinar will explore the shifting definitions of “clean,” consumers attitudes and behaviors regarding “clean and simple” formulations, and the roles that organic and natural foods play. The focus will be primarily on grain-based snacks and bakery foods, and will offer insight into where the trend may be headed.
