The lockdown transformed the way we work, shop, and spend our leisure time. As lockdown eases, which of those changes will stick, and which will fade?

In this 40-minute panel discussion our specialists in the retail, technology, financial services and travel & leisure industries will highlight the key changes in consumer attitudes and behaviours, and share their views on how the post-pandemic world will look.

You will leave this session knowing:

– Which brands and sectors were really hard-hit by COVID and which held up better than others.
– Which of those will see the biggest bounceback as the country starts to re-open.
– What the long-term impact on consumer behaviour will be.

Our panelists:

Deborah Osguthorpe – Category Director for UK Financial Services. Deborah has 20 years of experience in financial services and manages the UK Financial Services research team. She has researched and has written extensively on a wide range of consumer finance markets.

Paul Davies – Category Director – (UK Reports) – Leisure, Travel, Foodservice and B2B – Paul heads up Mintel’s Leisure, Travel, Foodservice and B2B research teams. He has conducted a wide range of research surrounding these experience-focused sectors and their recovery from the pandemic.
