The theme for the in-cosmetics Formulation Summit 2019 is Formulating for the conscious consumer. In line with this overarching theme, Mintel will be revealing who is this consumer, which are their needs, worries and concerns and how these translate in the beauty and personal care product selection and purchase.

Andrew McDougall,  Associated Director of Beauty & Personal Care will be shedding light on the topic in a keynote presentation scheduled for Tuesday 19th of November at 9:15 AM.
