Already, insurance carriers are focused on meeting customers where they are through API technology, which allows providers to add value and gain new clients through a more seamless customer experience than traditional distribution options. In this session we will take a data-driven approach as to why integrated distribution and customer experience models are vital to insurance carriers’ success, especially when targeting the younger generations. In doing so, we will also review how incumbents and insurtechs alike are implementing these strategies already.
