Mintel Most Innovative 2026 Competition Terms and Conditions
Please consult these Terms and Conditions before you submit your entry to Mintel Most Innovative Award Competition 2026 (“Competition”). If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, then you should not participate in the Competition.
Mintel Group Ltd (here in after “Mintel”), with its head quarter located at Mintel House, 4 Playhouse Yard, London, United Kingdom, EC4V 5EX, is the promoter of this Competition.
Eligibility: entries are open to all brands of consumer-packaged goods in the tracks of Beauty & Personal Care, Household, and Food & Drink.
Products for food and drink track include: alcoholic drinks, bakery, dairy, dessert and ice cream, meals and meal components, non-alcoholic drinks, pet food, sides and sauces, snacks, sugar confectionary, VMS and nutritional products.
Products for beauty, personal care and household track include: bodycare, colour cosmetics, deodorants/shave/depilatories, dish care, fabric care, facial skincare, fragrance, haircare, oral care, soap/bath/shower, surface care, suncare, toilet care, pet care, air care.
There is no fee for entering the Competition. Multiple entries allowed per track, but each requires a separate submission. All entries must be submitted digitally based on the Entry Pack. Entries are evaluated solely on submitted materials so to ensure clarity, accuracy, and depth. No revisions may be made post submission.
By entering this Competition you represent and warrant that you (a) own all rights in your product(s) or have the necessary licenses to intellectual property in your product(s) and (b) your product(s) does not infringe the intellectual property rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party; and (c) your product(s) does not contain any defamatory, libelous, indecent, illegal, dangerous or obscene material.
Mintel reserves the right to publish the names of the organisations contained in the shortlist of outstanding entries, details and description of all entries and details of winners. By submitting an entry, you grant Mintel permission to use your logos, images, or claims on materials submitted to the Competition for promotional purposes unless otherwise noted. It is the entrants’ responsibility to properly attribute any and all trademarked or copyright terms used in their application. All entrants grant Mintel a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to publish details and descriptions of entries as referred to, and also agree to participate in publicity reasonably requested by the Mintel regarding their entry. Mintel acknowledges that copyright in all entries remains vested with the entrants.
If you are shortlisted for or win an award, then Mintel may at its discretion allow you to use the relevant Mintel Most Innovative Award logo on your marketing materials. You acknowledge that Mintel is the owner of the logo and all related goodwill and agree that your use of the logo must be in accordance with any applicable Mintel branding guidelines in force from time to time or any instructions from Mintel, that you will not use it as part of a composite mark or logo, and you will not use it in a manner which causes or is likely to cause confusion or a misleading association between your business and Mintel, or damage to Mintel’s goodwill or reputation, or to the validity of any Mintel trademark. Mintel may terminate your right to use the logo at any time.
Please do not include any confidential information in your entry that you do not wish to enter the public domain because Mintel is unable to guarantee that such information will not be published as set out above. Any inclusion of confidential information in an entry is at the entrant’s sole risk and responsibility and in knowledge of Mintel’s request not to do so.
Mintel reserves the right to cancel, postpone or suspend Mintel Most Innovative Award 2026 at any time and to exclude any entries which it considers are inappropriate or do not comply with these terms and conditions. False or deceptive entries will render the entrant ineligible and shall be excluded from the Competition. Judges’ decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Mintel cannot accept responsibility for or liability arising from entrants taking part in this Competition. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Mintel excludes liability for all loss, damage or claim arising as a result of your entry to Mintel Most Innovative Award 2026.
The submitter warrants that it has obtained all necessary consents required under applicable data protection laws to allow the sharing of any personal data contained in the submission with Mintel. Contact information will only be used for the purposes of assessing each submission and will be processed in accordance with Mintel’s Privacy Policy.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. By submitting an entry, entrants will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of their organisation.
