PLANT POWERED PERSPECTIVES

Mintel’s Global Food & Drink Analyst, Honorata Jarocka, will be presenting at the conference Plant-Powered Perspectives organised by Roslinniejemy and taking place in Warsaw on the 4th of October. In her presentation, Honorata will talk about how the desire for healthier and ‘cleaner’ lifestyles is motivating consumers to prioritise fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains and botanicals and how in response, a growing proportion of food and drink brands are promoting formulations which centre on plants.
