Snackex Conference will draw a picture of the current snack landscape globally. Mintel’s Trends & Innovation Director, David Jago, will shed light on the topic on the 27th of June at 11:00 AM, unveiling the main trends that are shaping the market and highlighting some of the key innovations in the snack category.
On top providing an overview of the snack category, David will also be looking at the age group Generation Z and how they seek for more sustainable food products, on the 28th of June at 12:15 PM.
