Mintel is excited to introduce new forward-looking trends that our analysts predict will serve as catalysts for food and drink innovations worldwide in 2019 and beyond. The 2019 Global Food & Drink Trends are based upon insights provided by more than 90 of Mintel’s analysts and thought-leaders who represent more than one dozen countries in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas.
