Matt Nelson
Global CEO, Mintel
Matthew Nelson is the Global CEO of Mintel, where he is leading the transformation of market intelligence through innovation, AI integration, and predictive insight. Based in Chicago and with over 17 years at the company, Nelson has held leadership roles across Asia-Pacific before becoming CEO in 2022. Under his leadership, Mintel has launched cutting-edge tools like Mintel Leap and Mintel Spark, helping clients accelerate time-to-market and unlock growth through innovation. In 2025, he oversaw the acquisition of Black Swan Data, combining cultural signals and commercial foresight to create a new standard in predictive intelligence. Trained as an architect at the University of Sydney, Nelson brings a creative, human-centered approach to strategy and transformation. Outside of work, he’s an ultramarathoner and father, channeling the same endurance, focus, and care into leadership. He’s committed to helping clients and colleagues act with insight, grow with foresight, and lead with confidence.
Cristina Marinucci
VP Global Growth & Omni Commercial Insights, Mondelēz
Cristina is a dynamic marketing & insights leader with a passion for understanding the consumer, retailer, and shopper. She has extensive experience in category management, new product commercialization, merchandising, and marketing strategy. She’s led ground-breaking digital research, developed mobile focused applications that provided “moment of truth” shopper insights, and created effective omni-channel marketing strategies targeting digital activations.
