Based in Seoul, Hwa Jun is responsible for analysing consumer, market, product and competitive research and providing insights on South Korea’s beauty and personal care market for companies and brands around the world. He specialises in the Beauty and Personal care formulation and product development. He has over 15 years of experience developing various formulations at Amorepacific and Kimberly-Clark as a formulation scientist.
