Matt Valle has spent his entire career in insights-based consulting on both the client and agency sides with a particular expertise in Consumer Demand, Innovation Strategy and Market Expansion. He is currently a Lead Client Partner at Mintel where he is responsible for global client strategy and growth. He began his career at what is now Thomson Reuters and has held senior roles at GfK, Ipsos and MarketTools among others. Matt is also the creator and host of the Rock n’ Roll Research Podcast and is a frequent industry speaker and contributor. He holds a MA from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a MBA and BA (Statistics) from the University of Minnesota.

Hugo has worked extensively on both sides of the Atlantic and has world-class experience in understanding how to deliver impact and results for global consumer facing organizations.
