As the foodservice industry moves into the ‘next normal’, many operators will re-evaluate their business model and create new business verticals to meet evolving consumer needs.

In this webinar, we will explore three key themes of Mintel’s Foodservice Trend, Restaurants:

  • Flexible business models create new opportunities
  • Premium fast casual enters the spotlight
  • Acceleration of restaurant/chef branded products

Our Mintel expert will share insights, analysis and answer questions like:

  • Can brick and mortar co-exist with virtual brands?
  • What are the next experience driven premiumisation trends?
  • What are the new revenue streams foodservice brands can tap into? And
  • What are the implications for foodservice and retail?

If you want to find out more or have specific questions about the food service trends in Australia, get in touch with us today.
