Diana joined Mintel in 2014, and brings a unique background and perspective having previously spent her career growing up in advertising agencies and specializing in media planning and strategy. She has worked at some of the world’s largest agencies in several Account Director and management roles, providing thought leadership, innovative ideas and on-going counsel to clients. She has extensive experience across a number of verticals – particularly Retail having managed many large retail clients. Diana is naturally curious, highly analytical and a strategic thinker, and enjoys helping her clients realize untapped opportunities and how to take advantage of them. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and a minor in Psychology from Ohio University.
Katie Hansen
Senior Analyst, Retail and eCommerce
Katie joined Mintel in July 2019 and writes a variety of Reports covering topics in the retail and ecommerce space. Prior to Mintel, Katie was a strategist at an agency, and focused on major CPG clients and categories. She has experience in researching consumer behavior and enjoys observing the ever-evolving retail landscape and consumers’ changing behaviors.
